"To Reach Them, Teach Them and Release Them to GOD's PURPOSE."
Galatians 5
Why did the LORD JESUS free us? So that we can be free. We are to stand firm in the truth of our LORD JESUS; never let anyone or anything prevent you from becoming or remaining free in the knowledge of our LORD CHRIST JESUS. Everything HE is; is our blue print of how we are to become in HIM. We have all lived as prisoners; as slaves to sin; to our flesh desires; to the darkness of our minds and lifeless spirit. Why or what did it profit us but death. If and when we try to become righteous to GOD by legalism we do great harm to ourselves by severing ourselves from the LORD JESUS. The LORD JESUS is a GOD of grace and we remove ourselves from that grace by the bonds of legalism that we try to capture and imprison others with; yet we ourselves cannot uphold the chains ourselves. We must be filled with the Holy Spirit that we are able to walk in HIS Spirit and have that hope of righteousness through faith. Faith works through love not legalism. Be confident in your faith which is in CHRIST JESUS and have no other mind. We have been called to be free; stay free. However, don’t allow that freedom that we have to be an excuse to do whatever you want to do because we want to do it. Our old nature can no longer control us and we owe our flesh nothing. Become a servant with a servant’s heart; let’s love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Now, because the LORD JESUS loves you; that is a perfect reason to begin to love yourself. We have no reason to not love ourselves once we understand that we are greatly loved by our heavenly DADDY and the LORD CHRIST JESUS. Remember we are called into liberty and our freedom has been paid in full. If you are not baptized in the Holy Spirit get baptized in the Holy Spirit. Read Acts 2 until you understand what it means to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Once we are sealed in the Spirit of the living GOD we are able to walk in the Spirit. It is because of Him that we are not able to fulfill the lust of the flesh. The flesh is contrary to the Spirit and the Spirit wants what is contrary to the flesh. The flesh and the Spirit of the living GOD that lives inside of us will always be in opposition of each other; it’s a never ending battle as long as we are alive in this world. However, it is up to us all to kill the flesh by denying it of what it wants. Don’t give in to your fleshy cravings. It is very evident who is walking in the flesh and who is walking in the Spirit. Those who live according to their flesh will fulfill the lust of the flesh which is. Fornication, impurity, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, witchcraft, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger, selfishness, dissensions, heresies, envy, drunkenness and carousing. There is more; but we must understand that anyone who makes a practice of these things in the flesh will not receive an inheritance from the LORD GOD. When we are filled with the Holy Spirit we will begin to grow in the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, generosity, kindness, faithfulness, meekness and self-control. Not only is this the fulfillment of the law; but, how can legalism find fault with anyone who walks according to the Spirit? The Spirit provides life and through the Spirit we live victoriously because we are Overcomers from our fleshy lust. Love each other and be happy for anyone that does well or gain; never be envious of each other. You are blessed and your prayers are answered also.
[Suggestion; get a thesaurus and look up each word regarding the works of the flesh that has been given in this blog or go to Galatians 5:19; write them down. It is my hope that your eyes will be opened and that you will pray to the FATHER in the name of the LORD JESUS that you either accept and believe JESUS that HE is the LORD and ask HIM to be your Saviour. And if you are saved; my hope is that you ask the FATHER to deliver you from yourself and that the Holy Spirit comes to live inside of you.] http://amfbem.me
