"To Reach Them, Teach Them and Release Them to GOD's PURPOSE."
As a Lady Leader, I am always amazed at the dynamics which are unveiled during a crisis. It is most intriguing to view how diverse we are, culturally, socially, economically and spiritually.
The Lord has been so gracious in His abundance of gifts being bestowed upon His sons and daughters. Our Father which loves each of us as His own with no respect or our zip code, hair texture, weight or height.
Yet when we encounter crisis, storms, tsunamis, earthquakes and calamities in our lives, sometimes we are made to feel as though if we don’t handle it the way someone else does-this denotes weakness, or lack of faith. I am intrigued, and curiously fascinated at the thought of us, mere humans becoming, the judge, the jury, and the executor.
We must be very mindful that when we provide a “safe place”…that “safe place” does not have booby traps. Booby traps are those snares which appear to be a place of security. A booby trap builds a facade of someone being of sound mind, when in reality this person has a personal agenda or is seeking personal gratification from your wound or trial.
It is very intriguing to me the vast amount of personal information which is displayed on social media. The term social refers to a characteristic of living organisms as applied to populations of humans and other animals. The term media refers to mass communication distributed through various forms or techniques. I found a deep interest in two words noted in the previous definitions “populations” and “mass”. These two words pronounce and declare that your statements can be accessed by those who are for you and those who are against you. These words unfortunately give live to your inner thoughts which at the moment may have been made in anger, hurt or even just a moment of passion. We each must be very cautious with the expressions we post; which may be familiar to our culture and/or our personal environment. However these words may be foreign or even offensive to others. While being intrigued; I also have a vast concern and burden to impart to others to pray, and meditate on what we are exposing and composing.
Pray before you speak!
Words speak volumes! And wounds take time to heal! As a Lady Leader yes, I am intrigued, however I am also prayerful, that as we grow, we each will be mindful in the words, phrases and comments we sow into the lives of others.
