You may have been a part of one of her Sister Circle’s, at the Georgia Institute of Technology Black Leadership Conference and the Georgia Institute of Technology Women's Leadership Conference. Or maybe you have shared in one of her leadership training sessions for AT&T and Lucent Technologies, as well as Met Life Auto and Home Insurance Co. She has consulted on numerous projects with organizations such as the U.S Department of Health and Human Services: Office of Community Service, Washington, DC and the Interdenominational Theological Center, Atlanta, GA. and was recently selected for the 2011 Publication of Who's Who in Black Atlanta.

With Transparency and Passion, Victoria shares principles of Leadership, Personal Development and Change. Near and dear to her heart are these ingredients she believes to be the keys to a Prosperous life in every area, and the God given recipe for Growth and Transformation.
