Tina M. Cortes has been an active member and served in ministry at Elim Christian Fellowship, Buffalo, NY under Bishop Troy Anthony Bronner since 2000. Ms. Cortes obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology and Humanities at D’Youville College and has studied abroad at Oxford University, Pembroke College in the United Kingdom. Ms. Cortes aspires to obtain her Masters degree in Public Administration and Management of Non-Profit Organization.

Tina M. Cortes is an intercessor and author of the book The Process: From Void to Virtue (2006), and Blogs: God’s End Time Vanguard; Heavenly Hosting; JAEL Journey; and Website: RUACH International, and currently working on more literary projects in the works. Ms. Cortes is a Freelance Media Correspondent for WNY Minority Media Professionals, also serving as an advisor and liaison to the Hispanic Community. Ms. Cortes also has experience in the public sector, having worked in politics for the City of Buffalo Common Council as a legislative assistant, as well as with various non-profit organizations; she also has a background in nursing. Ms. Cortes has ministered on the mission field of St. Vincent and the Grenadine Islands, in the West Indies, as well as facilitated the development of the Spirit of Adoption program for Liberty Lodge Boys' Training Center (SVG). Ms. Cortes has taught and ministered locally and internationally in the United Kingdom (Oxford Living Word Fellowship, Senior Pastor Memory Tapfumaneyi, Presiding Bishop Tudor Bismark of Jabula Ministries, Zimbabwe) and the West Indies and has developed international relationships in not only the UK, and West Indies but has fostered relationships in various African countries, such as Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and South Africa.

Ms. Cortes is also experienced in administration, event/conference planning, fund-raising, program development & coordination, and social research. Ministry experience includes: Pastoral Care, Singles Ministry, Intercessory Prayer Ministry, Youth & Missions Ministry, Children’s Sunday School, Evangelism, Social Outreach and College Ministries, Adjutancy/Armor Bearer Ministry, Keep Watch (Discipleship) Ministry, Health Ministry, Altar Worker. Altar working team has served not only in home church of Elim Christian Fellowship, but we have also worked the altar for national conferences such as Bishop Noel Jones, Bishop William Blake, and Pastor Paula White, as well as for Joshua Revolution at the Buffalo-Niagara Convention Center.
