Louise harris started Inner Peace Women's outreach Ministry in 2005, with a small group of women, meeting in the public library once a month, Her vision from God was to bring women together from all walks to edify, encourage and bulid up. When Her and husband opened their ministry.. Inner Peace holiness Outreach Ministry... The Lord gave the womens Ministry a new name.. " Women Reaching Out". We dersire to continue the work of the minisrty. reaching out to all women.
