I was raised in church but it wasn't until I was 15 that I had the experience with my Lord. I was hurting and had been through so much as a child, but my God saw fit to take me out of the darkness and bring make me the light of the world that he promised to do in his word. There were still some difficult times but I knew the voice of the one that had brought me out. It is his voice and his word that I stand on today.
